If your repair requires longer than 1 hour of labor, then we will contact you first. However, most guns can be fixed within one hour.
If your gun requires replacement parts, we will contact you first with pricing. For example, your gun requires a new board. We will contact you with the available boards and pricing.
Normally takes 7 days (unless a special part has to be ordered in). Rush Service is available for an additional $25 and that moves you to front of line (same day service).
Customer pays at time of pickup.
Repairs must be picked up within 30 days, or will be sold to cover repair fees.
