Paintball Hydro Testing. Includes valve/regulator removal and installation
We specialize in hydrotesting HPA or CO2 paintball tanks from 1800, 3000 to 5000 psi. If you have a aluminum, steel(3ht) or fiberwrapped cylinder that is "out of Hydro," send it in , and we'll take care of the rest.
We will hydrotest your bottle, give it a good visual inspection, put on a small HYDRO sticker, verifying it has been "re-qualified." It usually takes 3-5 days turn-around, and then whatever method of shipping you choose. All this will meet DOT and Field/Tournament requirements for hydrotestatic re-certification. All testing done by a Federally Certified Testing Facility with the latest equipment.
INSTRUCTIONS TO SEND IN YOUR TANK:
1. Include your full name and order (invoice) number with the bottle. Rubber band the info on your tank or a post it note works great.
2. Remove the all PRESSURE from the tank! IMPORTANT. If you send a pressurized tank, you might have a legal issue on your hands. There are strict laws that govern the transportation and shipment of pressurized canisters.
3. Removing Regulator will speed up the inspection, but if you don't have the tools to remove it, we'll remove it for free.
4. Include a copy of your invoice, so we'll know what address to ship it to
5. Ship it to us. We recommend sending it UPS with tracking. Or if you ship it through the post office, ask for delivery confirmation and insurance:
