Order Requirements - Before placing an order with our company
you must first read and agree to the terms set forth in this user agreement policy.
We by no means want your experience with us to be unpleasant. The reason for this
policy is so that you, the customer, can be well informed about our company and
our policy.
Credit Cards Online & Security – Our company currently
accepts , Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will process
an order with the information provided to us by an online order through our
SSL secure system. We use the latest and most advanced encryption technology
so that all information is sure to be secure. In order to protect both us and
our customers from internet fraud
we will only
ship to the credit card's billing address.
Disclaimer - Our company disclaims any responsibility or liability
for any damage, loss or injury arising out of your purchase or by the use of
the goods sold by our store.
Please note that "paintball equipment" may be prohibited or restricted
in your area. The buyer should follow all local laws and ordinances in their
state regarding paintball equipment,
including
age limitations on purchases. Please check before you order.
Our company will not accept returns on the basis of the restrictions imposed
in your area. International customers are responsible for paying tariffs, duties,
custom charges and/or any fees imposed by their country for allowing the purchased
products to enter. International customers are also responsible for laws governing
the purchase, possession and/or use of paintball equipment in their country.
Our company will not refund or accept a return from an international customer
due to the restrictions placed upon such equipment by their country.
Internet Fraud – Our company DOES NOT tolerate any form
of internet fraud or theft of merchandise. In order to protect our customers
and our company from internet fraud we will only ship to the credit card's billing
address. If we conclude that a customer was involved in an illegal transaction
we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. After receiving their merchandise,
if a customer does a charge back, we will prosecute to the fullest extent of
the law. The customer will be responsible for all the fees associated with the
charge back and the recollection of the money owed. If a customer, after placing
an order submits a charge back without first requesting a refund, the customer
will be responsible for all the fees associated with the charge back. If a customer
refuses to acknowledge these terms their local law authorities will be notified
and other means for collection of the money owed will be sought out. These measures
are taken to protect both our honest customers and our company. If any question

Sales Tax - Due to the nature of this business we are not
required to charge sales tax,
except in UTAH.
Shipping - What is "Flat Rate"? Flat Rate shipping
means that no matter how many products you order the shipping price remains
the same. Flat Rate shipping does not apply to paintballs. All orders placed
with our company are usually shipped using UPS or USPS. Delivery times vary
due to many factors including availability of product, hours of operation, weather
conditions, distance from our warehouse to your location, busy holiday seasons
etc. Please take these things into consideration if you need an item in a certain
amount of time. In general, from the time an order is placed to the time it
is shipped is usually 1-5 business days. (Monday-Friday). Delivery times are
in addition to the time that is required for us to process, pack and ship your
order. Shipping carriers do NOT make delivery date guarantees for orders shipped
via Regular Ground Service.
In an emergency situation such as a tournament, should you need a product delivered
by a specific date we highly recommend that you call email us to confirm that
the products you wish to purchase are available and ready to ship. For phone
orders, at an additional cost, we offer UPS and USPS Next Day shipping and other
expedited services to any location in the USA. We do not have any additional
hidden handling or processing fees.
Product Warranties - Each product is fully guaranteed by the
manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise) for the amount of time that
that particular manufacturer warrants the item. All warranties are provided
by and serviced by the manufacturer of the corresponding product. We cannot
accept items for repair, even if they are under a manufacturer's warranty. For
full details on authorized repair centers, contact the manufacturer directly.
If you are unable to obtain the manufacturers contact info we would be more
than happy to get that for you. Neither the manufacturer or our company will
be responsible for freight of items requiring warranty service.
Guns - Gun warranties vary by manufacturer. Most gun manufacturers
now offer a 1 full year warranty. Some only offer a 30-day warranty. Any warranty
service required should be directed to the respective manufacturer. Our company
does not offer on site product repair or service of any kind. We can put you
in contact with the manufacturer if need be.
Paintballs - There is absolutely NO WARRANTY expressed or
implied on paintballs of any type or brand. Our company inspects each and every
lot of paint purchased to ensure the best quality product prior to shipping.
Upon shipping the product, it is understood that many factors play a role in
the quality of the product upon receipt. These factors include quality of handling
and the climate that the paintballs are exposed to in transit. Once it has left
our shipping center we CANNOT cover any damages what so ever unless you have
added insurance to your package. Only then are you covered by us. Customers
must inspect paintballs upon delivery for transit damage in order to file a
claim should the need arise. Paintballs, by design, are fragile objects and
as such they are prone to break under rough handling conditions. Be sure to
inspect your package when the product is delivered. If you need to file a claim
for damaged goods with the carrier be sure that you note the damage in writing
with the carrier before you sign for the product.
Color Substitutions - Our company reserves the right to substitute
colors on paintballs and small good items to the nearest color available at
the time your order is processed. For example, a $2.00 thread saver may be sent
in silver if blacks are out of stock. We like to ship your orders ASAP, and
have found 99% of our customers do not want their order delayed over a $2.00
item. Should you need an exact color and do not wish to have substitutions made
on the color of any item ordered, please call in your order. Our sales staff
will then be able to locate the desired product in the color you wish to purchase.
Our company never substitutes brand or quality of a product. We make every effort
to insure that the color ordered is the color shipped, but due to availability
constraints from the manufacturer, substitutions are sometimes necessary in
order to fill orders.
Damaged Shipments - It is a good idea to add insurance to
ALL your online orders. In this way you are covered in case of a damaged product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, or suspect a shipment is damaged, please
notify the carrier and our company immediately.
IMPORTANT: Before a carrier or our company will process any claim for damaged
merchandise, it's representative must inspect the merchandise and the shipping
carton. DO NOT DISCARD OR DESTROY ANY SHIPPING CARTONS OR PACKAGING MATERIALS!
Returns Policy - If you have a product compatibility question or issue, we
recommend you call or email our sales staff prior to placing your order to insure
that the product in question will work with your application and/or setup.
In instances of shipping errors, our company will pay to have the product(s)
in question returned and replaced at our expense. To return an item that was
shipped to you incorrectly, please email us, and we’ll issue you a RMA
#.
Items returned due to shipping errors must be accompanied by a valid RMA# (issued
by our Returns Dept) and an original copy of your invoice.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will our company accept returns for defective and/or
warranty related items beyond 15 days from date of invoice.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will our company accept returns on items that are not
defective and have been used by the customer.
There is absolutely NO WARRANTY expressed or implied on paintballs of any type,
brand or color.
All returned merchandise (with the exception of items shipped in error) may
be refused at the customers expense and/or subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
In this situation shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded.
Price Matching Policy - It has been brought to our attention
that some online stores are offering products that they do not have or do not
stock. In order for us to price match an item the item MUST be IN-STOCK and
MATCH model, color and size. We do not price match new items against re-furbished
or used items. We do not match stores that illegally sell below MAP (MAP means
Minimum Advertising Price and is the set by the manufacturer). We usually do
not match items on eBay, but doesn’t hurt to try. We’ll do our best
to get you the lowest price we can. We reserve the right to refuse to do a price
match.
Typographical Errors - This web site was created by humans.
Due to their nature, humans are prone to making mistakes. We make every attempt
to be sure that the information provided on our website is accurate and correct
but occasionally an error can get by. We are not liable for any product informational
typographical errors on the website. If you find an error on the website please
report it to us for immediate correction.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical
error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed
and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for
the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit
card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
