We do not accept returns
on used merchandise. If installation is attempted or performed, then your item
would be covered through the manufacturer's warranty, not us. And the manufacturer
would repair or replace the defective item within the terms of their warranty.
There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL unopened and unused products returned.
However, if you are returning the item to exchange it for any item of greater
value there is NO restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping
costs associated with merchandise being returned. Please email us for return
instructions.
No returns will be accepted after 15 days from date of shipment.
All claims for shortages or mistakes must be made within 3 days upon receipt
of shipment. These will be shipped with no shipping charge.
We are not responsible
for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise. To prevent
losses, please ship with a trackable service such as Delivery confirmation via
USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Any item that we suspect of being used will be refused and returned.
Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full
amount of purchase.
We do not issue refund for shipping costs unless it is our mistake. If it is
our mistake, we will cover the cost of the return shipping only if the item
is shipped to us using the original shipping service.
Certain products MAY NOT be returned for any reason, including guns, paintballs,
custom jerseys, electronic parts, batteries, video games, DVDs, and custom built
markers. All "Sale" and "Close Out" items or specially discounted
sales are not refundable.
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON GUNS AND NITROGEN/H.P.A. TANKS. ALL GUNS and
TANKS CARRY A MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY. By Placing an order with DeoPaintballl.com
you understand that all sales on guns and Nitrogen tanks are final. IF there
is a warranty issue with them you must contact the manufacturer directly. e-Paintball.com
is strictly a retailer, we in no way shape or form act as a manufacturer's representative
or warranty repair center, nor do we have the parts or ability to do so.

RETURN PROCEDURES:
Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original invoice
and displaying the appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
on the package (see below). To obtain a RMA number for your order, please email
us. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date
of issue. Returned packages displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will
not be accepted.
